Recently collected my car from Allure Auto at DPC and had a pleasant experience throughout the entire process. Would like to thank Sales Advisor Yoghaan for his assistance from booking all the way up to vehicle delivery. He was responsive, kept me up to date on the registration progress, and was always willing to answer my questions whenever I needed clarification.
The delivery process was smooth and it was earlier than my requirement. Collection was arranged properly, and the handover was straightforward. Yoghaan took the time to walk me through the vehicle and explain its features and functions in detail, including a few useful features that I likely overlooked. If visiting their showroom in Desa Park, can avoid talking to that Uncle. He will send away customer. My experience is not good, feel like they can get sales too easy already. Maybe I should visit other showroom to get someone really can explain well with good attitude. I hope that uncle can improve himself, rather than so bossy.

He answered all my questions clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress free.
I also like to comment the technician Mr. Saranyan Murusan (Seran in short) who assisted me during the handover. He patiently and thoroughly explained all the functions and features of the Leapmotor B10 full EV, making sure I was comfortable and confident using the vehicle. His assistant was much neeed for me as this is my very first full EV car.
A smooth and enjoyable experience overall - highly recommend.
